For those of you who many not be up on this, the memorial for the flight 93 memorial in Pennsylvania is shaped like a crescent and faces towards Mecca. Many have suspected that the artist had this in mind when he designed it.
Alec Rawls of the Error Theory blog has made a detailed study of this and has a lot of supporting information on his blog. He has sent me an email concerning an event the artist and company are having this weekend.
" The meetings of the Flight 93 Memorial Task Force and the Flight93 Federal Advisory Commission will be held on Saturday February 18,2006.
